Confidentiality: everything discussed is completely confidential and will not be shared outside of these meetings. This may be breached if there is a disclosure of intent to harm or serious risk to the client. Any such breach of confidentiality will be discussed first – there is no conversation about you without you.

Payment: the fee will be paid within 48hours of receiving the invoice for each session, or can be bulk-billed by arrangement. Clients may provide a purchase order number if provided by their organisation.

Cancellation: we all know things crop up! Aside from unforeseen emergencies, please give 24hours notice of cancellation. A 50% fee will be charged for cancellations within 24hours of the session.

Documentation: coaching notes will be taken in a brief, anonymised style in accordance with ICF guidelines. These will be shared with the client and stored in a password-protected secure location on the coach’s computer.
